Meredith Jones

Meredith Jones joined the SU in DC staff in spring 2016. In her position, she works closely with students, alumni, and parents in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and manages the communications and operational needs for programming for the Northeast region which includes areas from Boston to Northern Virginia. Meredith is responsible for the SU in DC communication strategy and supporting the logistical needs of events and programs in the DC metro region.

A native of the DC area, Meredith grew up in Arlington, Virginia, and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2011 with a degree in public relations. Prior to joining the SU in DC staff, Meredith spent a majority of her professional career in communications and event management. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and their two children.
