DC Immersion Week

DC Immersion Week is a partnership between the Office of Alumni Engagement & Annual Giving and Career Services and allows up to 20 current Syracuse students across all majors the unforgettable experience of learning what it is like to live and work in the DC region.

Students participating are given unparalleled access to key alumni leaders in the region, allowing them to grow their professional networks and explore career options in the area. The experience includes exclusive tours; corporate, government, and nonprofit site visits; and networking with prominent alumni and business leaders.

Previous participants have landed summer internships utilizing contacts made through site visits and networking, others have returned for the Maxwell or Newhouse semester in DC, and some of our young alumni now call DC home thanks to this enlightening opportunity.
