Greenberg Speaker Series: Affordable Care Act

On Thursday, March 29, SUinDC will be hosting the inaugural Greenberg Speaker Series. A panel of experts will debate the controversial Affordable Care Act.

Led by moderator Michael Lewan G'74, the following four panelists will be arguing their respective cases:

Constitutionality

Simon "Si" Lazarus - Arguing that PPACA is constitutional
Bob Levy - Arguing that PPACA is unconstitutional

Good/Bad Policy

Uwe Reinhardt - Arguing that PPACA is good public policy
Michael Cannon - Arguing that PPACA is bad public policy

On Thursday, March 29, Syracuse University's Washington, D.C. headquarters will be hosting the inaugural Greenberg Speaker Series. A panel of experts will debate the controversial Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), a day after the Supreme Court of the United States will have heard an unprecedented 5 1/2 hours of arguments on the legislation.
